About us

ResearchDent

Origins: ResearchDent began as the solo ambition of Dr. Lekshmi R Suresh to raise the standards of dental research being conducted today, particularly at its grassroots level where community and stakeholder involvements are large. She initiated the project under multiple headings during her post-graduate studies and later during her doctorate research term, offering research assistance and solutions to undergraduates, postgraduates and faculty members alike.

The platform was formally launched in September 2024 through much deliberation and effort.

Mission: Strengthen research engagements in dentistry, increase its social impact, and improve standards of research within the field through training, mentorship, and collaboration.
